The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant all the time. The room was luxurious and comfy with smoke detectors for my safety. The facilities such as a seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk were available.

The room was spacious, huge, and had air conditioning, I stayed there for three nights, and it cost $196.

The hotel's location was marvelous, right by restaurants nearby and close to the beach in the heart of the village. I booked a bungalow with good beds, a nice shower, and AC, which turned out to be a huge room. The personnel was extremely friendly, and the owner was also very welcoming.

The room was huge and immaculate, had private bathroom. Included a safe, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment, and the bed was very comfy. The services were brilliant, including delicious breakfasts and free parking if needed.

We had the most amazing private boat tour organized by Coconut Row. Lucky, our guide, took us to the most beautiful spots and made sure we had a memorable experience. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site and the beachfront location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The thick sargassum along the beaches was a disappointment, but this is a common issue along the Belize west coast. Additionally, the shuttle service provided by the hotel fell short of our expectations when we discovered it only took us a short distance and we were still charged full fare.
